Data Deletion
This page gives users and Google Play reviewers a public deletion request path for app account data, profile data, uploaded media, community content, and support records.
Deletion Request Steps
Send requests to flint@bamboozledlabs.dev. If app accounts are not yet active, support can still record the request and confirm whether any production account data exists.
Email flint@bamboozledlabs.dev from the email address associated with your E.R. Fitness account and include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
Step 1
Include your username, account email, and whether you want profile, media, community posts, support records, or all eligible account data deleted.
Step 2
The support team may ask for reasonable confirmation before deleting account data so another person cannot remove your data without authorization.
Step 3
Eligible production data should be deleted or de-identified after verification. Some records may be retained only when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction obligations.
Step 4
Eligible Data
Some security, legal, fraud-prevention, transaction, moderation, or abuse-prevention records may be retained only when required or permitted.
Account profile details such as username, display name, bio, goals, and public profile settings.
Uploaded media such as progress photos, workout videos, profile images, and transformation media.
Community content such as posts, comments, reports, saved content, follows, and moderation records when eligible.
Support records connected to privacy, deletion, safety, and account requests when retention is not legally or operationally required.
